When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about our customers to provide them with the best possible experience.

Email marketing (If Applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. If you wish to receive these, make sure you sign up for our Newsletter!

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you with the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of one of our newsletters. Alternatively, you can contact us by clicking “Here” and we will manually remove you from our subscription list; if you go this route, please make sure to include the email address for which you wish to be unsubscribed from in your request.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Privacy, Terms & Conditions.

SECTION 4 – WooCommerce

Our store is hosted on the WooCommerce platform. They provide us with the necessary tools that allow us to sell our products and services to you. Your order data is stored through their methods on our WordPress database. It stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall; that means that you can purchase WORRY FREE!

Payment:
Currently, all payments will be collected either using our platform, Stripe, or PayPal, some of the most trusted and secure platforms out there.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us; however, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located at a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by our website’s Privacy, Terms & Conditions policies.

If you happen to provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. Payments are currently processed through Stripe & PayPal, who make security their top priority. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with their policies and security standards for your own benefit.

Cookies help us establish common functionality on our site. From browsing to purchasing, they make sure to aid us in providing you with the best possible experience.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES

We reserve the right to modify our Privacy, Terms & Conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

SECTION 10 – SHIPPING

For our physical products, please select your preferred shipping method from the various ones available in your Shopping Cart. Apparel products will take anywhere from 2-7 business days to create and process and non-apparel items (mugs, posters, etc.) will take from 2-5 business days. You should then add on shipping times based on the selected shipping method. Most of our items are Made-To-Order, which saves on costs and reduces environmental impact.

We may choose to sell plants and seeds on our website. While seeds may ship out promptly, be aware that live plants will be sent out at the beginning of the week so that they do not sit in the darkness over the weekend; we take extra care in handling what we send out so that you get what you asked for!

Please be aware that we work with different suppliers, so some items will offer different shipping methods and may possibly take anywhere from 10-24 days to arrive; such items will have a Shipping Note attached in the product description for your reference. If you have not received your items within their estimated period for delivery, please review our policies which outline the steps that you need to take. It means the world to us to bring our customers nothing but the best value and service possible.

Note that there may be some countries/locations that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in any one of them, we will contact you as soon as we can and take the necessary steps to provide you with a full refund of your purchase. We do NOT ship plants and seeds outside of the United States; however, some if not most of our merchandise will be available to ship Worldwide.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may receive custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Any product branded, and directly designed by FateWorks Farms that is purchased from our store or any of our third-party store-fronts (Shapeways, RedBubble, etc.) is subject to our Copyright and Distribution policies as well as those pertaining to the third-party store the product was posted and purchased from.

Purchased virtual products such as eBooks, PDFs, etc. may be used for your own individual or commercial projects, but may not be resold as-is under our name or a different name; virtual products are NOT up for redistribution unless otherwise stated or are in the public domain and are not a differentiation, adaptation, or derivation of a public domain work. Please check the specific product(s) you are interested in for any licensing specifications.

Purchased physical products such as Shirts, Posters, Books, etc. may NOT be redistributed under a different name, but may be resold as-is under our name. If the product is in the public domain, you may do with it as you please, assuming the product(s) are not a custom differentiation, adaptation, or derivation of a public domain work. Please check the specific product(s) you are interested in for any licensing specifications; dropshipping is only allowed on physical products that you purchase through any of our store-fronts and must declare our brand somewhere in its specifications. The shipping and distribution of seeds and plants is an act that is regulated; you are therefore liable should you choose to redistribute them.

As affiliates, we may sell or promote products that are not created or branded under our name and therefore, you are responsible for abiding by the Copyright and Distribution policies of that brand should you choose to redistribute any item.

Items given out and acquired for FREE that are branded under us are not up for redistribution or resale, but may be used freely for personal or commercial purposes in the event that they are used as part of a bigger picture and not as-is; we would simply appreciate it if you could mention us in your credits or somewhere in your project.
